Cladding Spray at Ipswich Euro Retail Park

MICS was commissioned to spray-coat the metal cladding at The Food Warehouse, located within Ipswich's Euro Retail Park. The brief was to revitalise the shop's exterior and ensure long-lasting protection against the elements — a substrate condition and visibility level that demanded a manufacturer-warranted system.

Application used the Graco Ultra Max 695 sprayer with Giromax German formula paint, backed by a 10-year manufacturer warranty. Access to the elevated cladding was via Genie cherry picker, allowing the team to reach all heights of the metal substrate safely and efficiently. The Giromax system was chosen specifically for its proven adhesion to weathered metal cladding and its colour-stable, weather-resistant performance.

The completed Food Warehouse exterior now carries a renewed and protected finish — robust against weathering and UV exposure, brand-consistent in colour, and underwritten for ten years by the manufacturer. Delivered to programme without disrupting trading hours.
